Outdoor Fitness Workouts at GHAC are designed for everyone even beginners to promote muscle strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness to keep you fit and healthy. Working outdoors also connects you to nature and at the same time gives you a fun and great workout enhancing your sense of well being.
Research has shown that an hour of Daily Regular Fitness not only keeps one healthy but prevents many diseases and lifestyle related  disorders.
Everybody including beginners can join the fitness sessions at any scheduled day. The Workout uses simple exercises which are safe for all ages. Â These workouts are also great to improve your fitness level or to get you started with any sports or take up any new adventure activities.
Workout Time: 5:30 am - 6:30 am. Add 5 mins for relaxation & post workout discussion on having healthy nutritious meals. Please arrive 5 minutes earlier.

Instructions
Wear sports track pants and T-shirts or comfortable clothing
Wear Sport Shoes only.
Water bottle..
Carry a fruit or a energy bar, & extra of it to make good friends
Have a lite breakfast like a glass of milk with honey/sugar and apple or banana or dates before starting for the workout session.
Carry a sportswear jacket.
