Cycling is a good aerobic activity for general fitness. The Workout uses simple cycling exercises which are safe for all ages. Studies show that moderate activity, such as cycling, strengthens the immune system and thus contributes to a healthy life. These workouts are also great to improve your fitness level or to get you started with any sports or take up any new adventure activities.

Itinerary:
05:15 Arrive Early to get the cycles.
Please note you need a HBC membership card to take cycles. Please apply for it at the HBC bike stand
05:30Â AM Meet opp the HBC Bicycling stand Necklace Road
05:35 AM Warm up and Stretching Exercises
05:45 AM Start the Fitness Cycling Ride and Take 2 rounds of Necklace Road and Reach Bike Stand. The ride includes sprint cycling by pedaling sitting, standing and alternate in-between with normal cycling for rest.
06:30: AM Cool Down and Stretching + Snack Time
06:45 Disperse
Workout Time: 5:30 am - 6:45 am. Please arrive by 5:15 AMÂ at HBC Bike Station to collect your individual cycles.

Instructions
Wear Sport Shoes only.
carry Water bottle..
Carry a fruit or a energy bar, & extra of it to make good friends
Have a lite breakfast like a glass of milk with honey/sugar and apple or banana or dates an hour before starting for the workout session.
Note:
People not having cycles can hire them @HBC Bike Stand Opp Sanjeeviah Park on individual basis for Rs 20. You have to deposit your Bike Keys or original Govt Issued Id card for the cycle rental. HBC Membership card is now compulsory to hire the bikes. Please apply for it at the HBC Bike Stand.
The ride exclusively depends on your endurance levels so lets try to gradually improve them.
