Jan Janssen, author of "Integral Transformation" the first (and so far only!) book dedicated to chakra cords, is giving his first lecture in London, on this fascinating topic. He's taught hundreds of students as a teacher at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, and in his own programs. He brings his warmth, wisdom and love into his teachings. "Gadgets and social medias like mobiles, email, blogs, facebook, twitter, etc make it very evident that we are are interconnected with numerous individuals, groups, societies, and nations. What happens in the world affects me, and what happens in me has an effect on the world.
This interconnectedness goes much deeper than what social media reveals to us: on a psycho-energetic level we are continously relating with all the people and groups we are consciously and unconsciously linked with. This real-time interconnectedness happens through ‘chakra cords’. Chakra Cords are a psycho-energetic phenomenon, part of our energetic anatomy. It is a psycho-energetic tapestry of interwoven human connectedness. Thoughts, emotions, beliefs, trends, feelings are constantly transported through this global web of interdependency.
Some people have innate awareness of this universal network through extrasensory perception. Everybody can learn to develop this sensitivity and use it for the well-being of themselves and others. Would you like to begin learning?"
In this evening event Jan will give a short introduction to Chakra Cords and gently guide the group one step further into a personal awareness of this fascinating phenomenon. Jan will use a few experiential tools to initiate you into a personal experience of your chakra cords:

A bit about Jan:
Following a childhood spent in close connection with nature, Jan completed various studies including:
- Civil engineering
- Psychology at VUB Brussels
- Three years intuitive development in Antwerp
- Four years Brennan Healing Science in New York
- Two years teacher training at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing in Long Island and Miami
- Long term study and practice with Tibetan monks in meditation techniques and Buddhist philosophy.
- Several facilitator trainings in family constellations.
He has been an independent business manager and has led workshops and courses in consciousness-raising and self-development since 1998. From 2000 to 2009 faculty member at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing: in Miami, Austria and Germany.
Jan has created and co-created several programs for personal development and healing skills: Hara Dynamiek, TransformationTraining, énergies Subtiles, Sons Divins, ... and has taught hundreds of students in short term and in long term training programs.
He has a deep acquaintance with Eastern as well as Western spirituality: Tibetan Buddhism, Pathwork and Ashtanga Yoga are the main markers, but Jan’s open spirit recognises the value of many traditional and modern movements.
He takes great pleasure in walking, meditation, study, dancing, writing, humour, deep contact with friends, being on his own and the small things in life.
