The 2012 Annapolis Irish Festival brings out the Irish in all of us with something for everyone. From 11am -10pm our 4 stages light up with some of the best Irish Traditional and Celtic music and entertainment ever to hit this town including; Internationally acclaimed Scythian – Celtic Rock with an Edge, and Albanach bringing the” Fire and Thunder of Scotland” to Annapolis, Barley Juice, Hometown Favorite “ The Rovers,” Ice Wagon Flu, those hot Lassies Screaming Orphans, Kilmaine Saints, Crossing Celtic, Brian Geffeny, Brenden Pelan, TIPC & traditional Irish music from Brendan’s Voyage, Seamus Kennedy, The New American Irish Arts Company and more.

Feel your heart beat with Celtic Pride when the Chesapeake Caledonian Pipes and Drums march in with all the pageantry they are famous for. Just try to keep your toes form tappin’ when the Hunt, Culkin, Broesler, and McGinley Schools of Irish Dance dominate the stage.

Little Leprechaun Land:
Over 60 vendors bring the flavor of the Emerald Isle to Naptown with authentic Irish, foods, crafts, clothing, jewelry and art. Our popular Leprechaun Land for the WEE ONES is presented by Busch Gardens Williamsburg. Busch Gardens Animal Ambassadors will be making a special appearance with come real cool animals! They will be doing a show with them on the Leprechaun Stage! and includes face painters, pony rides, bouncy castle, Irish step dance, Pipe workshops, balloon artists and other fun activities for the wee ones . It’s all under cover and ALL FOR FREE.

The Annapolis Irish Festival benefits the good work of Hospice of the Chesapeake, Chesapeake Bay Trust Fund, Anne Arundel SPCA and The Wellness House of Annapolis.
