Join us at HUB San Francisco as we prepare to make our way to the playa!

At Burning Man this year many communities are coming together to create the IDEATE innovation camp, a collaborative maker space and ideation lab at the center of Burning Man.

IDEATE will focus on amplifying the innovation and entrepreneurship emanating from the Burning Man event into global creative culture. The camp will be an interactive space, with daily programming themed around creativity, collaboration, and systems design. All proceeds from the evening will help support the camp.

The night will feature:
- Special guests Larry Harvey and Marian Goodell, Burning Man co-founders, will speak to the importance of collaboration and innovation to the Burning Man Project
- Tapas and delictables prepared by the illustrious Tim West
- Live music from Bear Kittay
- Burning Man clothing swap sponsored by Yerdle
- A tour of the Gamelatron at TechShop (really amazing!)
- Incredible art
- Great people

Burning Man Share:
One of the values we highlight at the HUB is the sharing and gift economy. There will be a section at the event dedicated to exchanging Burning Man items (clothes, gear, toys, etc.). Use the facebook invitation to let people know in advance what you have and what you are looking for. Please be sure to bring an item or two and take part.
