In celebration of Bastille Day, July 14, Garcon! in San Francisco will offer their regular a la carte menu, plus a la carte specials including Citrus Cured Salmon Belly Tartare with horseradish, lemon cucumber and basil ($13.00), Roasted Bone Marrow with spiced breadcrumbs, mâche salad and fleur de sel ($12.00), and "Côte de Boeuf" - a 21 day dry aged bone-in rib eye for two people with haricot vert, pomme purée, porcini mushrooms and red wine jus (AQ, size varies). Festive music and balloon decorations will add to the spirit of the occasion. Hours of service will be 5:30 to 11:00 p.m.
