The band began in the moist apparatus of three minds; Bradford Rand, Chad Dinzes and Matt Powers. The moon was full and words lapped like waves on the shore. "Feast of Friends" grew out of a conversation on the state of minds and the fact that Matt Powers was going to open for the 21st Century Doors (Manzerek and Kreiger with Ty Dennis and Ian Ashbury from the Cult) the following day. We met Ty Dennis and after years of dinners, parties, and jams, Bradford put his foot down (and it usually lands on some pedal that injects fuel into a high-powered engine of some sort) and we formed. The flowing lineup consists of Sir Bradford Rand on lead vocals on Her Majesty's Secret Service, Chad Dinzes (organist at Madison Square Garden) on keys/vocals, and Matt Katz-Bohen (Blondie) on lead guitar. Special guests of The Feast include Matt Powers on bass, John Cusimano (The Cringe), Rodney Ledbetter (world renowned drummer from NYC) on the drums, Leo Kremer (Third Eyed Blind), Shawn Pelton (Saturday Night Live), etc.
