 whichever comes first\, you can participate in the beta version
 of the tests.  Not only will you get limited edition swag for
 participating and the chance to say “I helped shape the future
 of developers at PayPal”\, but if you pass you get certified
 status\, all at no charge.  Free stuff and bragging rights –
