Description:
Disney has enormously high standards when it comes to the guest experience. Whether it's a film, a game, or a theme park, the Disney brand conveys a level of quality, and maintaining that perception is a lot of work. This talk will be a very frank journey into how to maintain creativity in large organizations. There will also be some stories about the adventures Disney's had in becoming more data-driven, social, and generally digital-minded in the 21st century.
