Eastern Sierra Fall Colors

Let's visit Bodie Ghost Town, Mono Lake, tree lined mountain lakes and fall colors, star trails and Tuolumne Meadows if the weather holds out. The weather could still be warm there, but at this time of year we could also see some snow.
Please make your own reservations. I have a reservation at Willow Springs RV Park. Itâs kind of a vintage park, (circa 50âs) but itâs clean, has motel rooms, hot showers and electrical hook ups. Mostly RVâs at this park but I can accommodate a passenger with one small tent at my site to share costs. If you intend to specifically camp, consider Virginia Creek Settlement right across the hwy, however both facilities also have motel accommodations as well.

Both are located about 5 miles South of the town of Bridgeport and 1 mile North  of the exit for Bodie Ghost Town. Be sure to bring some western wear for our visit to Bodie. We can pose for each other. Bodie also has a bunch of decaying old mining equipment which are great for anyone intersted in some steampunk photos. I'm bringing my outfits!
