Join the New Orleans Film Society, the Louisiana State Museum, and the Louisiana Museum Foundation for local premiere of the New Orleans-shot film TCHOUPITOULAS, directed by Bill and Turner Ross. The screening will be held on the grounds of the the Old U.S. Mint (400 Esplanade Avenue) Friday, July 27, beginning at 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $3 for NOFS members, Louisiana Museum Foundation members, and Friends of the Cabildo; and general admission tickets are $6. The directors will be in attendance for the screening as well as the Zander brothers who are featured in the film. Little Freddie King will play before the screening starting at 7:30.
