Lean Startup Workshop
The Lean Startup methodology has a couple of tools that are useful for wrapping your head around customer development. The Business Model Canvas by Osterwalder, which has evolved into the Lean Startup Canvas by Maurya is an example of one of those tools. At the Lean Startup Machine event in June, the teams used a Customer Development Canvas. This helped to focus the process on getting down to specifics with your Lean Startup Hypotheses.
This month, we will do a workshop on the Lean Startup process and walk through the Canvas development. Please take a look at
http://www.leancanvas.com and bring your ideas. We will hold a discussion about the Lean Canvas and break into small groups to work on how to make this process work for you.
