Update 9/3/12 - CEI employees have agreed to the offer that a single IWW representative can call each CEI location and talk to each CEI employee. The workers do have one stipulation; if there is not sufficient participation on the part of the other CEI employees, we will reassess our approach. High participation will be viewed as evidence of a good faith effort from CEI. We did not discuss an acceptable percentage of worker participation because we do feel that CEI is acting in good faith at this time. At this point we are discouraging phone calls and emails to CEI and will ask IWWs in other cities to refrain from handing out fliers or picketing until further notice.
