The Live Show of “Angela Shella and Muse” is a unique production of Vocal Jazz, improvisational piano, Soul music and tons of emotion. If you want to describe what “Angela Shella and Muse” is like in concert, imagine Dave Brubeck performing in concert with Ella Fitzgerald and Nina Simone. Members of the band include the dynamic vocalist Angela Shella, who has performed with Gospel Greats Marvin Sapp, Donnie McClurklin, and the Jazz Great Michel Camilo. Other members of the band include the ever funky Bassist Art Gruskin, the brilliant Percussionist Kyle Duppstadt who is well known for his eclectic beats and vibrant showmanship, and the talented Pianist Alan Stoumen. Alan Stoumen began jazz lessons at age 13 with master jazz teacher Alan Swain at Swain Studios in Evanston , IL. He is a Billboard Magazine certified award winning Composer with meticulous style and clever improv. The band performs unique renditions of piano jazz and soul songs as well as original music.
