►JACQUES GREENE - In less than two years, this enigmatic 21-year old house producer from Montreal has given the current musical landscape progressively deeper ideas of what house music can mean in the new decade. With a slew of remixes and original releases that haven’t skipped a beat, the talented songwriter has already collaborated with Katy B, Radiohead, and Jimmy Edgar.
As new artists compete with each other so brutally for attention these days. Jacques simply toured. Playing top European venues such as Fabric Live, Plastic People, Panoramabar and major festivals like Sonar, MUTEK, the Bloc Weekender and Bozar Electronic Weekender, he steadily conquered each crowd with his undeniably potent songs and infectious demeanor. With “Another Girl”, all the hype came to him. Tearing down the gate with two EPs on LuckyMe and Nightslugs, and nothing short of an anthem on the latter’s Allstars compilation, he grew as the best artists do. With quality releases and unforgettable live shows.
As the initial disbelief at how young he was, his love of heart aching RnB, his mysterious appearance, and who/what he uses to record begins to sink further and further back into the pages of Google, the initial hype will be followed by better and better music.
Limited run white labels, a jaw-dropping analog live show, and the launch of his own imprint Vase Records will further establish his vision. This plan was a long time coming.
►MAYHEM is a chart topping, dance floor rocking, and taste making come naturally to Atlanta based producer, DJ, label executive and promoter. With over 15 years in the studio and 13 years on the decks, he has garnered the attention of the heavyweights in every genre of his focus. Rooted heavily in Drum & Bass music, and with a discerning ear, 28 year old Mayhem found himself making big moves from an early age. From releasing records for Andy C, TeeBee, Dieselboy, Noisia, and Black Sun Empire to DJing across the world for massive crowds in Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and beyond; he has warranted a reputation for diversity and quality control. Collaborating with and developing artists such as Noisia, Le Castle Vania, Phace, Evol Intent, Sinthetix, Gein and Gridlok amongst many others, his production soared to new heights with "Exodus (featuring the legendary KRS-1)", "Moonway Renegade", and "Choke" with Noisia.
Boundless inspiration pushed Mayhem to pursue Dubstep in it's formidable years, immediately signing with the reputable Subway Records, as well as Indie/Electro under the moniker Rrrump. As of late his focus has been brought back to home on the forefront a movement combining southern Rap music with Dubstep collaborating with long time friend Heroes + Villains. His club nights Transit, Fuck Yesss, Heavy, Tambor Y Bajo, Atlanta Dubstep and Haute Mess have helped reshape Atlanta's nightlife. No matter the genre, you are guaranteed a diverse set with attention to detail and a healthy respect for dynamics and balance. It will be Mayhem.
►SLEAZEMORE is the ever-ready party machine known to be called the antithesis of many bad decisions. His party in San Francisco, Light’s Down Low (nominated for best club in SF ‘08 music awards), is an essential event, acting as a minor league for artists who shortly after become major players, and has recently become international with Lights Down Low Amsterdam and Lights Down Low France. His track selection is consistently solid mixing the hottest track of the minute with the hottest track of tomorrows when it’s not even more than 5 hours old. He’s shared the stage with the likes of Simian Mobile Disco, Green Velvet, Justice and the Ed Banger Crew, MSTRKRFT, Boys Noize, Laidback Luke, Jesse Rose, Miss Kittin, Tiefschwarz, Kid Cudi, Felix Da Housecat, Major Lazer, Matthew Dear, the Sounds, Sinden, Crookers, A-trak, Trevor Loveys, Dj Craze, The Glimmers, Tim Sweeney,The Jaun Maclean, Tommie Sunshine and countless others and has played everywhere from NYC to Berlin to Mexico City to Paris.

We are honored to be able to extrude the newest beats on Monarch's custom horn-loaded Void Acoustics Soundsystem, the only one of its kind on the West Coast!!! Descending deep into the basement you'll find yourself immersed in a world of euphony generated by the venue's four protruding tuba-like enclosures. Without a dead spot in the room, it's easily the best place in the city to hear the biggest sounds we can possibly find! [because sound systems deserve just as much hype!..]
