They launched in April 18, 2011 with a view to introduce a certain change in the generic metal stream. With crisp melodic riffage, intricate drum patterns and aggressive vocals, the music does not pretend to take you on any dramatic rides or introduce you to the overtly disturbed-childhood syndrome. Instead, only a sincere attempt at making the listeners enjoy the onslaught of pure fucking metal!

Amongst Denied was formed in Mid 2010 by Aazi and Vineet. Jinu joined the band next, after rough sessions at jam holes, followed by Ankit and Sagar finally settling in the band. The band draws major inspirations from Groove/metalcore genres and experiments with melodies. After several line up changes, the band came up with their first single in May 2011.

Earlier known as I.Q. which was an Experimental Metal band, their music can best be described as an aggressive, in-your-face concoction of technical and melodic metal. Each song that's written by the band, is made up of a series of bone crushingly heavy riffs combined with groove-driven drumming and powerful vocals.
