"As a startup we believe in customer development...so what is it exactly?"
This is the first in a series of practical workshops to get your entire team doing real customer discovery and validation with real customers. If you're looking to get your entire team into a virtuous cycle of ongoing customer development (#custdev) with a shared vision, this workshop is for you.*
Using tools from Lean User Experience (#leanUX) you will build a clear customer hypothesis of your early adopters (customer persona), a value proposition hypothesis, and practice doing customer discovery and customer validation interviews. (Hint: there is a difference.)
We will also discuss how to find your first early adopters (so that you can talk to them!) and how customer development can help synchronize and build your team vision.

* This workshop is designed primarily for teams working on a their own project. If you are a solo entrepreneur, please sign up for the individuals workshop where you will apply the same ideas to your sample project in groups.
