This is the first in a series of practical workshops to get you doing real customer discovery and validation with real customers. If your first reaction to "talk to customers" is to put together a survey, this workshop is for you.*
Using tools from Lean User Experience you will build a clear customer hypothesis of your early adopters (customer persona), a value proposition hypothesis, and practice doing customer discovery and customer validation interviews. (Hint: there is a difference.)
We will also discuss how to find your first early adopters (so that you can talk to them!)

* This workshop is designed primarily for solo entrepreneurs working on a sample project or those whose entire team cannot attend. If you are in a team, you can work on your project, but I advise you do so in a team of three.
