UPDATE::::
HARVEST FESTIVAL 2012 – ONLY 7 MORE SLEEPS TILL SEPTEMBER 14TH-16TH!
Hi Justin, David and Irving here.
ONLY 7 MORE SLEEPS!
The weekend of Harvest Festival is almost here. We’ve been up on the land more than a month along with a super fun crew getting everything ready for your arrival.
Each year we're so proud that we can build you a bit of another world to inhabit. With being outdoors under the sky and camping with your friends, with the amazing lights, sculptures, barge across water, mist, moon, stars, art projects, lasers, new amazing indoor structures and djs from all around the world, there’s an actual wonderland waiting for you to get lost in. It's the kind of other reality that people crave getting back to all year and it's amazing to see it all come together.
MEMBERSHIPS HOT STUFF
Everything at Harvest is built lovingly by hand to accommodate just the right amount of friends and friends of friends, so our attendance cap is 1500 so you can always find those friends. This means that the festival typically sells out in advance. There’s approximately 300 memberships left so yes, now is the time to go pick yours up. Also 17 bus tickets remaining but only at Shanti Baba. All membership and bus ticket information is here:

CREW SNAPSHOTS
The backbone of the entire festival is our awesome crew who help build every part of the event with us. Here's what they're excited about...
LINDSAY (ready for her 10th Harvest Festival)
“I’ve just come back from the Boom Festival in Portugal. It was the best event I've ever been to, even better than Burning Man. It reminded me a lot of Harvest. Both have a lovely progression. I mean it’s not like everything’s just banging away when you get there and that's it. Harvest actually unfolds. Friday is relaxed and fun hanging out with friends around the fires under the other worldly Screaming Heads sculptures and great downtempo music. You go to sleep under the stars and wake up full of wonder in a day full of people in the beauty of nature. Then things completely let loose on the Saturday night... and oh! getting my costume ready for a big night of dancing. I love that.”
MARTY (super volunteer and hunky Coast Guard Radio Operator in real life)
“I watched the video of Harvest Festival Sunday morning in the Pyramid and it brought me right back there and made me just want to be there again. Everything about it brought back that great feeling after an awesome night. If I had a friend who was sitting on the fence about going I’d get them watch it absolutely. Everyone in it is having really the time of their life and everyone's on the same page. There's cute couples, funny hats, and the whole huge pyramid is full of just all amazing characters who make you happy to be there. It IS the festival. And the music is completely perfect. Can't wait.”

TIPHAINE (long crew for the 2nd year in a row, and also Irving’s girlfriend)
“I think girls would like to know that there’s lots of washrooms and they’re clean. And swimming in the pond is the best part of the whole festival for me. Don’t forget your bikini!”
BONG MAN (also known as Mark - crewing for the first time and the artist behind all the new festival signs)
“I like that Harvest is organized by just 3 guys. You guys do it because you love it. I think that means a lot and makes it better than anything else.”
MISSY (a bundle of smiles, red hair and tonnes of freckles)
“I love all the exotic animals on the land. I never believed I’d be surrounded by peacocks and roosters and geese and groundhogs. Actually the rooster is pretty annoying.”
These are but a few of the amazing souls who are putting their happiness, hard work and excitement into building this festival for you. If you were here last year, you'll be happy to know that it's even better than last year and will be likely a lot warmer lol, and if you haven't been for a while or even ever, you will really be knocked out of your socks.
We can't wait for you to get here!
See you next weekend. And oh the 4 day old baby peacocks say hello!
