 allotments\, roof-top bee-hives\, urban farming apprenticeships\,
 vegetable box schemes and community kitchens\, Hackney is a
 phenomenal world of food growing and production. And an
 increasing number of Hackney&#039\;s catering businesses are
 sourcing locally\, training local labour and creating more
 sustainable\, ethical business models. Food @ Hackney House:
