event Work in Progress: Design Critique (Livestream from NYC) Jamie Divine, Product Designer Buzz Andersen, Former Director of Mobile, Tumblr Leland Rechis, Director of Product, Etsy Are you working on a new web- or mobile-based product and craving design input? Do you want critical feedback on your brand identity or UI/UX from world world-class designers? This special livestream will provide individuals or small teams the opportunity to review their work in an informal environment with our panel regardless of where they may be in the design process -- from early-stage sketches or wireframes to fully functional prototypes or live sites. Due to limited time, we will review all submissions and choose five for critiques. Please submit a PDF or link to your work with one or two key questions you would like the panelists to address. Feel free to include notes or any relevant background information you think might be helpful. Buzz Andersen has over 10 years of experience building Mac and iPhone apps, starting with his own indie apps (PodWorks, an iPod utility, and Birdfeed, an iOS Twitter client) and continuing with stints on the OS X and Pro Apps teams at Apple, the founding iOS team at Square, and most recently at Tumblr.
