THE FIRST ASIAN AMERICAN INTEREST FRATERNITY IN THE NATION. EST. 1929.
Pi Alpha Phi was founded in 1929 at the University of California, Berkeley. We are the first Asian American Interest Fraternity founded by six visionary men based on the bonds of friendship, mutual experience, academic excellence, philanthropy, brotherhood, leadership, and Asian American Awareness.
Brotherhood is a huge part of Pi Alpha Phi, as it helps to strengthen ties between all members, as well as create lifelong bonds. The Brothers of Pi Alpha Phi are also committed to academic success. They have learned to successfully balance the duties of school with other necessary commitments and responsibilities.
What you can expect to do after you join:
- Brotherhood activities, such as paintballing, white water rafting, and SoCal road trips
- IM Basketball team, camping trips, and poker tournaments
- Annual Tahoe trip with our friends from expansive network of friends
- Many siblinghood activities with our sister sorority
- Wide access to a professional network alumni who work in many fields, such as: Computer Science, Consulting, Accounting, Finance, Investment Banking, Engineering, Law, and Medicine
- A unique college experience that you'll only be able to find through Pi Alpha Phi
