* Street parking and beach parking are free


Cost to register:
* $30 for the full 8 weeks (no additional charges)
* $25 if your register before September 1st (contact me for pre-registration details Timettra.totalwellness@gmail.com)
* $20 each when you PRE-register with 2 friends

Class Structure:
* Weekly meetings Sunday 11:00 am immediately following Fit Club
* Weekly Check-in and weigh-in
* Class will cover tips, new health topics (including healthy eating habits and exercise)
* 60 minute walk club after the class at 7pm is optional
* Personalized, one-on-one coaching
* All participants receive a free wellness profile for goal-setting
* LOTS OF FUN!!!!!

Cash Prizes:
* 6 prizes in total, 2 categories
* Registration for the 8 weeks goes towards cash prizes
* Prizes are evenly distributed over 6 prizes
* Category 1: Weight Loss – Top 3 based on a percentage of weight lost
* Category 2: Best Before & After Photos as voted on by the group
