Pumpkin is not like other DJs. He isn't bound by genre, tempo or playing the latest and hottest tracks. Instead, he finds a familiar thread in songs from multiple genres, styles, and eras, and weaves them into a sound that is all his own. After starting his first band in 5th grade, and playing on the Sunset strip before he was old enough to drive, it wasn’t until 2004 that he discovered house music and began the process of transitioning from musician to DJ. In 2006 he was asked to join the LA based DJ and underground event crew Pocket Underground, and since then has become a mainstay at some of the largest, most innovative festivals in the country, including Coachella, Lightning in a Bottle, Art Outside & EDC. Pumpkin's quirky remixes of familiar classics create a sense of dance floor sentimentality that crowds revel in.

Equally at home in a dark warehouse, a packed nightclub, or sunrise at an outdoor festival, Pumpkin is a master at reading the crowd and adjusting his unique selection to turn any dance floor into a big ol' puddle of lovesauce.

The Sex Pixels are a forward thinking audio-visual group based in San
Francisco, California. The group includes DJs/Producers - Solfire,
B.TRU and one VJ - Miss Minxx. Sex Pixels strive to provide a multi-
sensory experience that focuses primarily on their unique sound
"SEXTRONIKA" using live visuals to enhance the music.

Currently living in San Francisco, Ca. Originally, a bay area native, grew up in Woodside, CA. Started DJing in 1997- Mixing everything from: house (funky, progressive, tech), breakbeat (funky and nu skool), techno (minimal, deep and dreamy), indie, electro, dub, downtempo, dubstep, hip hop, atmospheric drum n bass, funk, dancehall, reggae, 70’s, 80’s, rock, and remixes. Key to putting girls on the dance floor- fat basslines, vocals, organic sounds and remixes. Keeping them there- solid mixing. Philosophy on music- There is too much good music out there to only play and support specific genres. Have an open mind and keep the crowds refreshed.
