Each year, the Sacred Cow Camp creates a themed meeting ground where weary Burners can find a good meal and friendly faces. We have a vision for the power of a sit-down meal to bring together strangers and friends alike. This is the third incarnation of Sacred Cow, the gourmet sit-down playa restaurant. Two years ago, Sacred Cow Grille was a Mumbai speakeasy that served 2500 Indian meals. Last year, Sacred Cowgirl Saloon was a frontier saloon and sideshow carnival that served 5000+ sit down meals such as North Carolina BBQ, parilla, and South American.
