:: Alan has over 15 yrs. of experience in marketing, operations, professional services, and business management in the industries of computer gaming and information technologies. Prior PWE, Dr. Chen was CTO of The9 Ltd., EVP of HP China, VP, Lucent China; and VP, Nortel China. He received B.Eng and M.Eng. degrees in electrical engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and Ph.D. in EE from University of Ottawa, Canada.
