Tanya Just want to say Happy Birthday to Adam once again! This was a fantastic party. Cozy, intimate, geek & non-geek talk, with nice peeps, along with a great locale with billiards, music and delish cake in choc & vanilla depending on ur pref. I hope this gathering takes place again at Dan's, real soon now, ya hear?! :)

Adam Rifkin That's so cool, Tanya. I've been surprised at how many people know about Dan Brown's since it's so unassuming and it's nowhere near downtown Palo Alto. ;)

Tanya Totally agree. We have a grad student staying with us for awhile, from Zurich, and now, she too, is like one of the local's, at good 'ol Dan Brown's. In fact, that is where she went on her first date, here in the U.S.

Tanya Nice! I'm so close I can walk there. Thanks for that, Adam! :) Btw, they make great Pannini sandwiches, just in case you want to be prepared, for all those Guinness' & Spaten's on tap. ;-)

Adam Rifkin Christine, I know! Dan Brown was kind to let us take over his bar for the whole night!!
DJ Mike is going to start spinning tunes at 9pm -- we're going with a pop and hip-hop mix (Mariah, Keri Hilson, Timbaland, etc.) and we'll keep going until the cops make us shut the party down. :)
And Greg, it's not the same Dan Brown that wrote DaVinci code. This Dan Brown is much, much cooler. And he has Guinness and Spaten on tap as well as plenty of well drinks.
