Brittney and I volunteer for an organization called S.W.I.M. (Single Women in Motherhood)

We'd like to help the organization gain more donations so they can continue to grow upon the program they are running.

We have been given calendars called "Hot Moms for Charity" and it’s filled with 12 fittybitty mommas for each month of the year! The calendar is only$20, and that money can go a long way for this organization. We'd love to sell as many as possible.

Its a calendar that would look great in a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, closet... you get the hint, its useful.

And its really... in reality to how we spend $$ at the bars, inexpensive.

If the TALBOT boys bought one calendar for their place it would only cost each of them only $3.33 to have a sweet calendar for their kitchen!

So instead of one more drink @ the bar, it would be much appreciated if you helped support this organization with us!

We can collect money whenever, but to make good use of the calendar, this weekend we can collect money at the pre drink on friday @ katie, lexie, anita and kelseys -- COME TO OUR PRE DRINK THIS FRIDAY ;)-- or at Margot's bday party saturday, and I can drop off the calendars at your place some time next week or meet up with you on campus!

Any dollar counts actually, so feel free to place any donation to the organization, regardless if you want to go ahead with the purchase of a calendar. $2 from everyone eventually adds up!

According to 2006 statistics Canada, London has almost 14,280 single parents. Approximately 84% of those parents are single mothers.
Social and emotional difficulties are much more prevalent, because it is more difficult for a single parent to provide the same level of support as two parents.

Single Women in Motherhood Training Program S.W.I.M. is a registered non-profit organization designed to empower single mothers to become financially independent, creating family stability through emotional support and educational programs. Our organization provides the support and guidance needed to help these women achieve a safe and secure future for themselves and their children.

We believe our organization offers an incredibly important service to the community.
