Paul Banks & The Carousels kick off the SXSW/Spring Break week in style (in vests and ties) at Lucky Lounge--swankily-lit joint next door to Antone's on 5th, with well-dressed Donald Drapers making out in the alley (as seen in the official logo)--with other bands, including David Ramirez. It'll be rad, it'll be cheap, and you won't need a SXSW wristband for the show.
