An Eco-Indigenous Earth Day Conference for Kids and the Community!
Environmental Workshops—Bands—Mariachi—Aztec Dancing—Speakers
The “Nuestra Tierra Conference” will educate children and community members in Los Angeles about ways to live in an environmentally safe manner. For the Conference, we will collaborate with a variety of nonprofit organizations, public agencies, and schools to offer interactive programming for K-12 students that highlights the benefits of “Keeping El Pueblo Green.”

This FREE event will also feature a DESSERT FUNDRAISER to SAVE Olvera Street’s free cultural activities, from 6:00-8:30 in the basement of the Plaza Methodist Church near Olvera Street at 115 Paseo De La Plaza Los Angeles, CA 90012-2922. All funds go to support the Olvera Street Merchants Association Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit.

The Olvera Street Merchants Association Foundation was founded in 2005, for the 75th Anniversary of Olvera Street, and works to provide cultural events and resources for Los Angeles communities. The mission of OSMAF is to celebrate, promote, and preserve an understanding and appreciation of the historic significance that Olvera Street, in the city’s birthplace, has played in the formation of Los Angeles.
