The Longhorn Run - 10k and 2 mile races

8:30 a.m. for the 2 mile
9 a.m. start for the 10k
The race will begin in front of The AT&T Conference Center (on University Ave) and culminate in the Darrell K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium. After the run, there will be a large-scale celebration with food and music on the southeast side of the stadium!

The Longhorn Run will bring together The University of Texas and the Greater Austin communities for a great cause*.
*All proceeds from the race will go to the Excellence Fund, a Student Government endowment dedicated to student projects and programs. In 2009, the Excellence Fund committee allocated $5,000 to students.
