It looks like I might actually graduate soon, so that means it's time for my senior recital! For those of you who don't know what that is, a senior recital is a concert featuring one person (me, in this case) playing a lot of music by myself and with other people; it is the equivalent to a senior thesis or project, so it's a pretty big day for me, and it's the culmination of my bachelor's degree (all 6 years of it). It'd be great to see you there!
I will be playing music by Eckhard Kopetzki, Eric Ewazen, Andy Narell, David Johnson, Egberto Gismonti, and maybe a surprise or two...
There will be some great musicians joining me on stage as well!
Will Brahm-Guitar
Anthony Lopez-Piano
Sam Montooth-Bass
James Yoshizawa-Drums/Percussion
Paul Stengel-Percussion
Alex Domingo-Vocals
PLUS!
The CSULB Percussion Ensemble
AND
The CSULB World Percussion Group
The recital is free, but parking is $5. Park in Lot 12 in front of the Carpenter Performing Arts Center.
And the best part? FREE FOOD AFTERWORDS.
