Just to reiterate what was said at the assembly fort anyone that missed it!
We were originally going to have the prom at the grange city hotel on the 28th of may, a price of £48 HOWEVER they wanted a £2000 refundable deposit, and due to school finance rules, this wasn't possible. We only found this out this week, we had to act quickly...

We were originally going to have the prom at the grange city hotel on the 28th of may, a price of £48 HOWEVER they wanted a £2000 refundable deposit, and due to school finance rules, this wasn't possible. We only found this out this week, we had to act quickly...

we have now decided to have the prom at the Thistle Hotel in Marble Arch

this is where prom has been for the last 3 out of 4 years, it is a very nice hotel, and because we have been there before they have decided to do us a deal!
This will be between £32 and £35 in total (i.e if you have paid deposit, only an extra £20) This will include 2/3 courses - but we are still under negotiations. But will be £35 MAXIMUM - which is much cheaper than previous years and even as our original prom was!
However, as we have changed hotel we have had to change the date to the 18th of June.
We know it is during exam time, and we appreciate that this is a busy time for everyone, but we all deserve a night off! And itd be great to see everyone there!
AS WE HAVE CHANGED THE DATE, SO HAS THE DATE WE NEED ALL THE MONEY IN, IT WILL NO LONGER BE TOMORROW THE 30TH OF APRIL!
We will let you know when we need the money as soon as we do! but we are thinking it will be next week!
