It is that time again. I know we did the last one in August. It's ok - April starts with "A" as well, and May is after April...ok nevermind. The bottom line is we're cooking a whole pig and we'd love for you to come by and help us eat it.

It is that time again. I know we did the last one in August. It's ok - April starts with "A" as well, and May is after April...ok nevermind. The bottom line is we're cooking a whole pig and we'd love for you to come by and help us eat it.
The food will likely come out sometime around 4 PM, and if the last couple of cookouts are any indication the dancing, hot-tubbing (bring towels), and general tomfoolery will commence around midnight.
We'll provide the pig, some fixins, a couple of beers on tap, and some auxiliary libations but please BYOB and/or a side dish since these will inevitably run dry.
If you are planning to attend please try to let us know so we can make a reasonable amount of meat.
